A dynamic Aviation Industry leader, Wayne was the principal Founding Partner of NavStar Aviation Group, an aviation ground handling company based at three airports in Canada and three airports in Florida. Successfully sold for a profit in 2016.
Prior to founding NavStar, Wayne spent 39 years in various management positions for Servisair Canada and Wardair Canada. Focusing on revenue science, ground handling leadership, labour relations, contract negotiations, RFP preparation and review, winter operations, environmental storm water management, aircraft deicing, airline operations and customer service management. Wayne was accountable for annual budgets exceeding $50,000,000 and oversight of over 2000 people in multiple North American airports.
Mr. Anaka is fully certified in CRO (Chief Revenue Officer) thinking and a Certified Member of the International Association Airport Executives (IAAE) Canada. Wayne is an industry expert and is a published author in various Aviation Periodicals.
He is actively involved in supporting various charitable organizations, including various health related causes and is an anti-poverty activist.. He is a major contributor to the Arts especially music in Toronto and actively supports various civil liberties and environmental causes and agencies. Mr. Anaka is also a Past Member of the Georgian College Aviation Advisory Committee, serving two 3-year terms.
Bolormaa leads AVCON’s Safety Management System team, providing clients with the integrated package of safety management, including gap analysis and writing aviation safety manuals. She is a student of Revenue Science and has a deep passion for the aviation industry, especially in safety programs.
With 10 years of aviation industry experience, Bolormaa brings considerable expertise in human factors, quality assurance, airport and airline operations as well as safety management. Prior to joining AVCON, Bolormaa was involved in various domestic and international projects implemented within the civil aviation authority and air navigation services administration.
Bolormaa Nyamdorj is a recent Aviation Management graduate; she also holds a Master of Business Administration, with a Bachelor of Social-Administration Psychology. She is an active member of the Airports Council International – North America (ACI-NA) and Airport Management Council of Ontario.
Sanjay’s career has taken him on an exciting journey encompassing airports in the Middle East, Europe, and North America working for an airline, a ground handler, an aircraft services provider and now with a team of professional consultants that have embarked on a journey to help their aviation clients prosper.
Having worked on both sides of the fence, Sanjay brings with him a diverse and global experience, leading various teams in both operations and sales divisions of the organization. One of his strengths is the passion for building a team, a team that can consistently march forward overcoming challenges while continuing to focus on revenue generation.
A firm believer of two important mantras; one is that people make the company and forward thinkers make an organization. The second is that an organization that can decipher and deliver the needs of its end customers will continue to grow its revenue base.
Paula Moreira is quite new to the Aviation Industry. She came from Brazil where she was following a different path and gaining experience with Architecture in which she holds a bachelor’s degree from Universidade de Fortaleza. After graduation, she decided to try something new and came to Canada where she started to pursue her passion for Aviation. In 2018, she graduated from Georgian College in the Aviation Management program with honours.
Now, Paula is part of AVCON as a principal consultant for space dynamics and responsible for the Space Management projects. She will combine the knowledge acquired from both Architecture and Aviation industries to develop and deliver a detailed study of space usage. Her expertise will be utilized to improve productivity and maximize effective use of resources safely in an environmentally friendly manner.
With a bachelor’s degree in architecture and an advanced diploma in aviation management, Paula Moreira is responsible to optimize the space usage in airport areas. Paula will combine her knowledge in both industries improving productivity and maximizing effective use of resources safely in an environmentally friendly manner.

Paul led the development and management of the world’s largest and most advanced Central De-icing Facility. Paul facilitates cross-functional teams including external parties to realise a shared end vision. Repeated success balancing outstanding leadership and technical skills to build high performing and aligned teams, often across multiple airports and time zones.
