Executive Team

WAYNE ANAKA President, CEO/CRO

A dynamic Aviation Industry leader, Wayne was the principal Founding Partner of NavStar Aviation Group, an aviation ground handling company based at three airports in Canada and three airports in Florida. Successfully sold for a profit in 2016.

Prior to founding NavStar, Wayne spent 39 years in various management positions for Servisair Canada and Wardair Canada. Focusing on revenue science, ground handling leadership, labour relations, contract negotiations, RFP preparation and review, winter operations, environmental storm water management, aircraft deicing, airline operations and customer service management. Wayne was accountable for annual budgets exceeding $50,000,000 and oversight of over 2000 people in multiple North American airports.

Mr. Anaka is fully certified in CRO (Chief Revenue Officer) thinking and a Certified Member of the International Association Airport Executives (IAAE) Canada. Wayne is an industry expert and is a published author in various Aviation Periodicals.
He is actively involved in supporting various charitable organizations, including various health related causes and is an anti-poverty activist.. He is a major contributor to the Arts especially music in Toronto and actively supports various civil liberties and environmental causes and agencies. Mr. Anaka is also a Past Member of the Georgian College Aviation Advisory Committee, serving two 3-year terms.

 

BOLORMAA NYAMDORJ MBA, BSc.

Bolormaa leads AVCON’s Safety Management System team, providing clients with the integrated package of safety management, including gap analysis and writing aviation safety manuals. She is a student of Revenue Science and has a deep passion for the aviation industry, especially in safety programs.

With 10 years of aviation industry experience, Bolormaa brings considerable expertise in human factors, quality assurance, airport and airline operations as well as safety management. Prior to joining AVCON, Bolormaa was involved in various domestic and international projects implemented within the civil aviation authority and air navigation services administration.

Bolormaa Nyamdorj is a recent Aviation Management graduate; she also holds a Master of Business Administration, with a Bachelor of Social-Administration Psychology. She is an active member of the Airports Council International – North America (ACI-NA) and Airport Management Council of Ontario.
