Your Team Leaders
AVCON will provide an implementation team, consisting of a team leader, researchers, trainers and product implementation supervisors. We have arrangements with qualified engineers and architects as well as IT expertise to help design and implement automated systems as required. We assist your team with the tools to implement and sustain CRO thinking to find and eliminate the cost of chaos caused by inefficiencies plus costly lack of buy-in and coordination between departments and individuals. With contingency planning built right in, the program will continue to evolve until new automation or processes dictate more substantial changes.
Our specialty is giving you a fully turn-key, culturally integrated safety and environmental solution interwoven with your SOP!
With the world of transportation in a period of such rapid change, AVCON is committed to delivering sustainable, quality solutions to the entire Transportation Community (Air, Ground, and Sea) throughout the world. We do this by adhering to a process-based, CRO driven project management vision. Always forward-thinking, we offer leadership advice, support and training through goal-based integrated systems that work.
We believe strongly in paying back to the earth what we have taken from it. The Transportation Industry has been at the centre of moving both people and goods throughout modern history, giving the planet enhanced revenue streams and globalization possibilities, timely solutions for disaster relief plus travel opportunities and greater enjoyment of life. But as an industry, the Transportation Community faces many challenges with the integration of safety management and environmental sustainability. AVCON actively encourages a move to greener equipment, facilities, and practices and will work diligently with the Community to make these a reality.
